ڤلهلم كريستيان هوخشتتر ( Wilhelm Christian Hochstetter ؛ 4 مارس 1825 في Esslingen am Neckar - 23 سبتمبر 1881 في شتوتگارت) كان عالم نبات ألمان وبستاني الجامعة والمفتش على حديقة النباتات في توبنگن. الاسم الرسمي له في مراجع علم النبات هو " W.Hochst. "

زنبقة الماء الأمازونية العملاقة، من رسم فيلهلم كريستيان هوخشتتر، 1852
كان ابناً لـ كريستيان فرديناند هوخشتتر. ألّف كتباً في الصنوبريات، كما نشر عن زنبق الماء الأمازوني العملاق (Victoria regia) التي نجح في زراعتها في توبنگن، حوالي سنة 1852. كما قام بتقديم فصيلة أروكاريا مع يوهان باپتست هنكل.
