وسام مكاريوس الثالث (باليونانية: Τάγμα Μακάριου Γ'، إنگليزية: Order of Makarios III) is the senior order of knighthood awarded by Cyprus. Established in 1991, the order is named after the first President of Cyprus, Archbishop Makarios III.
