سمنگي Simingi كانت بلدة (سيڤيتاس) رومانية في المقاطعة الرومانية أفريقيا (نيابة القنصلية).

- Catholic bishop Restitutus, who attended the مجمع قرطاج (411) at that time the seat had no Donatist bishops.
- Cresconio witnessed the مجمع قرطاج (525).
