حكاية خادمة، هو مسلسل تلفزيوني أنتجه بروس ميلر عن رواية حكاية خادمة 1985 من تأليف الكاتبة الكندية مارگريت أتوود. تم عرضه يوم 26 أبريل 2017 على موقع هولو عبر 10 حلقات، حيث تمتد كل حلقة ما بين 47 دقيقة إلى ساعة كاملة. وقد عرض للمرة الأولى في مهرجان تربيكا السينمائي خلال نهاية الأسبوع.[1] حصل المسلسل على جائزة أفضل دراما في حفل توزيع جوائز الإيمي التاسع والستون لعام 2017 ليصبح أول مسلسل يبث على الانترنت يحصل على هذه الجائزة.


القصة

يجسد المسلسل رواية مارگريت أتوود الشهيرة والتي حمل المسلسل نفس عنوانها حكاية خادمة إنگليزية: The Handmaid’s Tale، وتتحدث عن امرأة شابة تٌجبر على أن تصبح خادمة (مملوكة) وتكافح في ظل نظام ديني ديكتاتوري يسطر على الولايات المتحدة باسم جمهورية گيلياد إنگليزية: The Republic of Gilead، بعد انتشار العقم في أمريكا وجمع جميع النساء القادرات على الإنجاب ليصبحن خادمات للعوائل الغير قادرين على الانجاب.
