Édouard Séguin.

إدوار سيگان (يناير 20, 1812 - اكتوبر 28, 1880) طبيب نفساني أمريكي فرنسي المولدأ افتتح أول مدرسة في العالم للأطفال المصابين بتخلف عقلي شديد (1839). وقد تتلمذ على جان گاسپار إيتار، الذي اقترح عليه هذا التخصص.
