تلفزيون آر سي إنگليزية: RCTV. هي اختصار لعبارة 'راديو تلفزيون كاراكاس الدولي'. وهي شبكة بث التلفزيون الفنزويلية، تمت افتتاح هذه المحطة في 15 نوفمبر 1953، ومقرها في كراكاس في حي كريسبو كينتا. ويشار إليها أيضا أنها قناة بارسيناس (Canal de Bárcenas). وتمتلك أمبريساس 1 بي سي (Empresas 1BC) هذه المحطة.

المراقب الكريول كان برنامجاً يُبث منذ 1953، وكان يقدمه فرانشسكو أمادو پرنيا.

في 27 مايو 2007، قرر الرئيس هوگو تشاڤيز إغلاق القناة برفضه تجديد رخصتهم للبث، accusing the channel of being involved in the 2002 coup d'état in Venezuela, which briefly overthrew his government.^[3]^[4] The Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) upheld the National Commission of Telecommunications (CONATEL) decision. RCTV continued to broadcast via pay television on RCTV Internacional. In January 2010, RCTV was sanctioned with temporary closure.^[5] It rejected the Venezuelan media regulator's finding that it was a domestic media provider.

On 7 September 2015, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights ruled that the refusal to renew the concession was an "indirect restriction on the exercise of freedom of expression [...] aimed at impeding the communication and circulation of ideas and opinions", that the government violated the right to due process and that it must restore the concession for RCTV. The Venezuelan government has ignored the ruling.^[6]

In 2010, the Council on Foreign Relations described RCTV as "the most important independent television station in Venezuela".^[7]
