جامعة مساتشوستس في لويل إنگليزية: University of Massachusetts Lowell وتسمى اختصاراً يو ماس لويل إنگليزية: UMass Lowell ويو إم إل إنگليزية: UML هي إحدى جامعات منظومة مساتشوستس الخمس، وكبرى جامعات منطقة حوض مريماك إنگليزية: Merrimack Valley. كانت الجامعة فيما مضى تحمل اسم جامعة لويل إنگليزية: University of Lowell بين عامي 1975 و1991، وقد تكونت من اندماج معهد لويل التقني وكلية لـُوِل الحكومية سنة 1975.

The University of Massachusetts Lowell owes its origins to two institutions founded in the 1890s: Lowell State College on the south side of the Merrimack River and Lowell Technological Institute on the north side. Each would follow its own path of expansion through the 20th century.^[4]
