السير جون مونرو تراوتبك (Sir John Monroe Troutbeck) (عاش 1894 - 1971) دبلوماسي بريطاني، عُرف بمعاداته للصهيونية. عمل سفيراً لبلاده في العراق بين (1951 ـ 1954م).
في 2 يونيو 1948، كتب السير تراوتبك إلى وزير خارجيته إرنست بڤن:
"the Americans were responsible for the creation of a gangster state headed by 'an utterly unscrupulous set of leaders'"
"الأمريكان مسئولون عن خلق دولة عصابات يرأسها زعماء عديمو الضمير بشدة".[1]
توفي عام (1971م).
