رايون إسماعيل (أوكرانية: Ізмаїльський район, romanized: Izmailskyi raion؛ بلغارية: Измаилски район; رومانية: Raionul Ismail، إنگليزية: Izmail Raion)، هو أحد رايونات (تقسيم إداري) أبلاست أوديسا، شمال غرب أوكرانيا. مركزه الإداري مدينة إسماعيل. يقع رايون إسماعيل في منطقة بودياك التاريخية في جنوب بسارابيا. اعتباراً من عام 2022، كان عدد سكان الرايون 204.745 نسمة.

في 18 يوليو 2020، وبموجب الإصلاح الإداري في أوكرانيا، جرى تقليص عدد رايونات أبلاست أوديسا إلى سبع، مما أدى إلى توسع رايون إسماعيل بشكل ملحوظ. وقد دُمج في إطارها كل من رايوني كيليا ورني اللذين أُلغيا، إلى جانب مدينة إسماعيل التي كانت تتمتع بوضع مدينة ذات حيثية إقليمية ولم تكن تابعة لأي رايون.[2][3] اعتباراً من يناير 2020 كان عدد سكان رايون إسماعيل 50.568 نسمة.

وفقاً لتعداد أوكرانيا 2001، بلغ عدد سكان الرايون، ضمن حدوده آنذاك، 54.692 نسمة، وتميّزوا بتنوعهم العرقي. شكّل الأوكرانيون 15.798 نسمة (28.89%)، والمولدوڤيون الذين عرّفوا أنفسهم كذلك 15.083 نسمة (27.58%)، والبلغار 14.072 نسمة (25.73%)، والروس 8.870 نسمة (16.22%). كما سُجّل وجود 230 شخصاً من الگاگاؤز (0.42%)، و34 شخصاً ممن عرّفوا أنفسهم بأنهم رومانيون (0.06%).[4] بلغ عدد سكان رايون إسماعيل، ضمن حدودها آنذاك، 54.692 نسمة وفق تعداد عام 2001. وتوزع السكان بحسب اللغة الأم على النحو الآتي: 26.34% من الناطقين بالأوكرانية، و26.21% من الناطقين بالرومانية، و21.56% من الناطقين بالروسية، و24.88% من الناطقين بالبلغارية، و0.26% من الناطقين بالگاگاؤزية.[5][6]
