This template is used to format the declination of a set of coordinates.

 Usage

{{DEC|degrees|minutes|seconds}}

degrees° minutes′ seconds″

Note that the second and third arguments, seconds & minutes, are optional.

{{DEC|degrees|minutes}}

degrees° minutes′

{{DEC|degrees}}

degrees°

{{DEC|+40|57|20.3280}}

+40° 57′ 20.3280″

When using in tables, leave a space between the | and the {{DEC}}, or else the table will break if the degrees begin with "+".
