 Purpose

Provides a uniform method of formatting arXiv links, and makes it simpler to update if the format of those links changes in future.

 Usage

This template accepts these parameters:

|idn= – a arXiv identifier; the |idn= parameter name is not required but is recommended for clarity when the template has multiple identifiers

|classn= – specifies the arXiv classification, e.g. hep-th. Optional. To be used only with new-style (2007 and later) eprint identifiers that do not include the classification.

|link= – accepts a single value no; for use when it is the 'arXiv:' prefix in the rendering should not be linked

|plainlink= – accepts a single value yes; suppresses the 'arXiv:' prefix in the rendering

|leadout= – defines the conjunction between the last two identifiers in the rendered list; defaults to ,

The basic form is:

{{arxiv|id=cs/0005003}} → arXiv:cs/0005003

With |class=:

{{arxiv|id=0704.0001|class=hep-ph}} → arXiv:0704.0001 [hep-ph]

To unlink the prefix:

{{arxiv|id=cs/0005003|link=no}} → arXiv:cs/0005003

To suppress the prefix:

{{arxiv|id=cs/0005003|plainlink=yes}} → cs/0005003
