Use this redirect category (rcat) template on all redirects to disambiguation (dab) pages if and only if the redirect on which this rcat is placed has "(disambiguation)" in its title.

Example: See the dab page Antenna, which does not have "(disambiguation)" in its title. Click on this Antenna (disambiguation) link and you will be redirected to the same page ("Antenna"). Just below the page title, you will see "(Redirected from قالب:-r)". Click on that link to see the redirect. That redirect page is the only kind of page where this rcat should be used.
