كان بالام الأول Kan Bahlam I[N 1] ([kan ɓahlam])، ويُعرف أيضاً بإسم Chan Bahlum I, (18 سبتمبر 524 – 1 فبراير 583) كان أخاو پالنكى المدينة-الدولة في حضارة المايا. اعتلى العرش في 6 أبريل 572 في عمر 47 and ruled until his death.[N 2][1] Kan Bahlam was most likely the younger brother of his predecessor, Ahkal Moʼ Nahb II and probably son of Kʼan Joy Chitam I.[2] He was the first ruler of Palenque to use the title Kʼinich, albeit inconsistently. The title is usually translated as "radiant" لكنه حرفياً يعني "بوجه الشمس".[1]
